Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or special-order items

Return Process

  1. Email us at alegriowearbali@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us by email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos as proof.
